Yamaha blaster major problem ***** please help *****?

ok i have a 2001 yamaha blaster that idles to high i meen realy high and it keeps getting higher until u turn it off and some time that does not work when that fales i have to turn off the gas and wait i have pulled out the choke and cleaned even though it did not need it but that still does not help it any i have also pulled the carb off and sprayed everything down with carb and choke cleaner but it still does it not help it any it will also stick open when i am riding it and will move on its own with out me doing anything what could be wrong is it something major please help because i realy dont know
