Help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ?

Went to walmart with my grandma and she ran and hid in the store. I am afraid to tell my parents. What should I do?? Any ideas on where she could be ?? PS. I already checked the depends section. I need help because she needs her medication. If she doesn't get it she will poop uncontrolably
