Would you adopt a puppy if you knew it had mange?

There is two kinds of mange, one it takes a few weeks to clear up and the other kind months. You have to have a vet take a skin scraping to tell you which it is. I've never heard of hereditary mange,and I've never heard of flea shampoo to clear it up. I've heard of medicated baths. for mange. I would do some research on this before you take any responsibility for this little dog.
