India in granddaughter's right on her grandfather's property?
Sounds like you need to see a lawyer or read up on Indian property law. Normally, when someone dies, their will states who gets their ets (including property) and so the ownership is very clear. In the scenario where no will was written before the person died, the children of the owner typically inherit the person's ets. If this is the case in India, your father and his siblings would have inherited the property and you would have to be given (or buy) your father's share of the property. Like I said, you need to see a lawyer or read up online about property law in the part of India where the property is located.
