I need diet advice please help!?

I did stages 1 and 2 of Atkins diet. It worked really well, I actually had a ton of energy, my acne cleared up, and I lost 12 lbs. But I started eating a few refined carbs this week (yes I know it was stupid) and now I feel sluggish and tired, and my skin is breaking out. I'm having a hard time figuring out how atkins works for my body, but I think it has something to do with low glycemic index foods. I'm totally clueless though as to what kinds of foods have a low glycemic index. I can't go on eating nothing but protein and salads so are there other things like breads and fruits that have a low glycemic index? I would appriciate any helpful advice or links. Thank you!
