Why aren't the doomsday earthquake and the Rapture occuring in the timezone that's after 6:00 P.M.?

It's ped 6:00 P.M. in the timezone that should be experiencing the doomsday earthquake and the Rapture, according to Harold Cambing's Biblical prophecy, but the doomsday earthquake and the Rapture aren't occurring in that particular time zone.
