Why do I have menopause bleeding?

About 2 months ago after peeing when I wiped myself I saw blood, only a small amount, since then I haven't seen anymore, although I did have a cervical biopsy, and an ultrasound already I am still concerned what the 1 time showing of blood could possibly meant. I have not have a period in more than 5+ years now, still going through menopause (hot flashes etc!) Could the blood someway ociate itself with menopause?
