French, Italian, or Spanish?

I have to choose a language choice for 9th grade. Because the only languages I am actually interested in learning are Czech, German, or Japanese, I don't know which one to choose. I wanted from the start to take Italian in 9th grade, but the same teacher also teaches my 8th grade Latin course. She is not too nice, the way she currently does tests are not that easy, and I have heard the Italian AP exam is the one everyone fails. I also don't like her current jokes (saying, "Can I kill you?" in Latin can be kind of creepy). I think French is a pretty language, but I have also heard it is hard, and the teacher is like the Devil incarnate. I have taken Spanish before, from K-6, and I remember some of it. The only problem is that I have never particularly enjoyed it, and before I get to the nice teacher, Sr. Josephine, I have to take beginner courses with a teacher who could also be the Devil incarnate. I have to know by Friday. Any advice?
