Yes, you can expect probably several interviews. However, I wouldn't spend a lot of time focusing on getting into Harvard. Choose schools that are more middle tier and a few safety schools. There is a book about medical school stats for incoming medical freshmen published every year by AAMC. I'm positive that your school has one or that you can get access to one. You should definitely look through it before you send out your AMCAS.
