Who ate my neon fish?

I have two Dwarf Gouramis, four Guppies, two Apple snails, 2 Bulldog Plecs, and two Albino Catfish. I also added two Neon Tetra today - but came home and they have gone? I really can't see them in the tank, unless they are hiding somewhere? Or have they been eaten? I reckon the Gouramis have ate them because they try to nibble at everything. Help please because if they have been eaten, I wont be putting them in this community tank again.. I might even have to get rid of the Gouramis :(
