I would like to know about my aplication?

I applied for clic credit cards on first week of May and then they sent to me one letter of 11th of may and then i sent my tex paper and bank statemant and then they received and sent back my original paper an after few days they sent a letter that they will inform me within 7 to 10 working days but until right now i did not get any letter so could you check for me pls....reference no...9554040563288320
