I planted some double delight roses and they are wilting and turning brown......?

i put these roses in the ground where some shrubs were growing for last 10 yrs....so it had potting soil type soil from years of mulch.....they were doing great and just started wilting a week after i planted them....now its been 3 weeks and still they are green but wilting and now the top is browning on the leaves...i water them and mixed the soil part clay/ topsoil/ potting soil....no signs of disease or bugs .....i dont know what to do bc my other 7 rose bushes are in straight clay and potting soil and doing beautiful....i dont know if not enough water or too much
